Captain’s Charity –Florence Nightingale Hospice
The charity is here for patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, across Buckinghamshire and its borders.

Ladies Captain’s Charity – Thames Valley Air Ambulance
Thames Valley Air Ambulance gives everybody in our community the best chance of surviving and recovering from an emergency. They bring hospital-level care to us by land and air with medicine and equipment, paramedics and doctors. Their team are highly trained and ready for any eventuality. Together, they do everything in their power to protect, save and revive lives with the best critical care at the scene and beyond.
They are not government or lottery funded, so they rely on the generosity of our community.They serve a community of more than 2 million people. They are operational 7am-2am 365 days a year. Between their base in RAF Benson and anywhere in Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire, their flight time is just 15 mins.
Last year they were called out to 3158 incidents to help people in need of critical care. They are a vital part of our community. I hope you will support my fundraising for this worthwhile cause.
